Hi Curious,
I have homeschooled both my children. My daughter (15) goes to public school but my son (10) is still homeschooled. He is very smart and I find it hard to teach him sometimes. The internet is the best source for anything you want to learn.
I believe that homeschooling works best if the child want to be homeschooled. In my opinion you are the best child to be homeschooled. You will find what you need to learn when you want to learn.
Your question is What will it take to be homeschooled?
Well, every state has it's own rules about homeschooling but you are well within your rights to be homeschooled. What ever your state requires, I think that you can do what it takes to satisfiy you state requirements.
Good luck to you and always follow your dreams.
All it would take is a curriculum that provides a good amount of support for the parent. There are curriculum materials designed for home schoolers that use self correcting software or DVD lessons and have detailed, easy to use parent guides so that even if the parent isn't the best at that subject, they can still teach it.
it depends on what state you are in.Georgia
expects GED or High School diploma.
