Home i am renting is in the final days of the redemptioon period..what can i do to keep the home?

I am currently living/renting a home that is in the redemption period of the foreclosure. I want to keep the home, but my credit may not allow me to purchase. What can i do?

You need to move. If you can not purchase it there is nothing else. The bank will not give it as a gift.

call up the lender and tell them you are living in the home and that you will offer a L2P contract on it. You can take over the payments and just put the late ones on the back of the note.

Move out and find a new place to stay.

If the owners can't afford to pay, and you can't afford to buy, what do you expect to happen? You have to move out!
