How can I acess my home computer from school using a computer and a flash drive?

I can't install anything on the school computers and I would like to be able to boot an app of some sort off my flash drive that enables me to access my home computer in a fashion similar to remote desktop so I can use all of my software that I have installed on my home computer during the extra free time in class. I believe the school has already disabled remote desktop so I will need something else that functions independently of that.

You can try https://crossloop.com/landing.htm it worked for me

You are probably out of luck. A couple of things to consider: there are reasons the school has disabled remote access. If you try to find a way around it and are caught, it could get you suspended, you are essentially trying to violate school computer security, even if you think what you are doing is pretty harmless.

The other thing is that it's not really a good idea to run a app off a flash drive, they aren't really designed for that purpose. It can be done, but it may not be wise to do so.
