How do i connect to my home telephone from my cell to make outgoing calls from my home phone?

I have very cheap rates for international calls from my home phone. I want to be able to call-in my home phone from my cell and dial the international numbers.

there is only one way to do it!!!! but its kinda stupid...I have an International access number I call....so it wont cost me anything...so I can use it on my home phone and my cell....but you still need that Watts-line...

If you have conference facility at your home phone then you can take into conference both your cell and the international number. You can can avail the conference facility from your service provider on a nominal monthly rental.The charges will be charged on your home phone only.

This could be the only way you can make your cheapest ISD calls.
