Would like to purchase a modular home. Are there any modular homes that have been foreclosed on?

We have our property, but need a modlar home to put on it. We heard about the foreclosure buyers market and wanted to know how to go about getting a list of modular homes that might have been foreclosed on.

Unfortunately, Modular homes are not designed to be moved. They are essentially stick built homes made in sections in a factory. The sections are assembled on site in such a way that it would be very costly to break the sections down to move them and then reassemble. It is possible to move some homes (even stick built), but it is usually very costly to do so. Mobile homes are a different story, and would be easier to relocate, but I dont think that is what you are looking for. My advice would be to contact some Modular builders to see if they have options within your budget.

the guy I was named for said you can get a box like on a truck for like 2K, if they get even one small hole in them , they sell them, 8' x 40' I think, cut a door and windows and its a house, maybe add 5 more, stack em maybe, he thought like $500 to deliver it including a crane.
