What home remedies can be used to tame flyaways?

I have thick, wavy hair that gets flyaways at the ends. It makes my hair look really messy, what home remedies can be used to help with it?

Flyaways are caused by static electricity, so take a dryer sheet and rub it across your hair and it will tame those flyaways. you can also use a little bit of lotion mixed with water or hairspray works as well.

Flyaway Hair Care Tips

To tame hte flyaways, try putting a little bit of lotion on your hands and smoothing it onto the tips of your hair, just make sure not to use too much or it'll leave your hair looking greasy!

Please help me at my post everyone:

well if you have flyaways towards the scalp, my friends always say using an icecube to rub it down keeps flyaways from popping out again near your part.

Another idea is hair spray, which, when used in moderation, can really do wonders with flyaways

withlove, dahling.

ps. make sure you dont use too much hair spray or else your hair will be sticky and hard! eww! haha.

Try rubbing a dryer sheet on your ends, it takes away the static. Or, you could spray some anti-static spray on your brush/comb and pull it through your hair ONCE. (If you brush too much it will just get worse.)

I have also heard that Lotion works. you cant put alot in tho, or it starts too look greasy. if that doesnt work I bought this stuff called "hair-apy" it actually works very well! ALSO alittle mousse when wet will help
