i would suggest call the company the person works for and tell them then if they don't do anything ask the place you bought the carpet from ( it 4 months old is it still under warranty) it might not have been installed improperly for a vacuum to be able to tear it up. the last suggestion is homeowners insurance, even tho you have to pay your deductible it might be cheaper.
Did you sign anything before the cleaners started the job? There's usually fine print somewhere that says "not responsible for damage to carpets, etc."
You are..your homeowners insurance will cover it. You are giving the cleaning person permission to be in your house which is your responsiblity.
The Homeowners Insurance Will Cover It But.... It Is Partly Your Responsibility And Partly The Person Who Cleans The House... Good Luck!
the carpet company. Because there the ones that caused the damaged.
Your screwed. The cleaning company will blame the manufacturer. The mfg.r will blame the installer. the installer will blame the cleaning co. and you insurance will deny claim due to faulty workmanship.
Sorry to say but nowadays its all about the blame game and no one will EVER admit to any fault. They cant cause their lawyer told em not to.
