In order to determine your take home, you need to know what is being deducted from yoru check currently. For example, do you pay for your benefits (medical, dental, etc.?) If so, you'll need to deduct that amount from the new gross pay.
What about taxes? What percentage of your check is going toward paying taxes now? how many exemptions are you claiming? Will the increase put you into a new tax bracket (my guess would be "yes")?
The back side of a W4 form has a worksheet that can help you to determine how many exemptions to claim; you can also find tax tables on line at www.irs.gov. The tax component is the biggest piece that needs to be answered in order to determine take-home pay.
If you make that much and cant figure it out, you dont deserve that money!
