How much will a modular home cost in Maryland (not a trailer or mobile home)?

I am exploring the option of a modular/prefab home and I wanted to know the average cost in Maryland from start to finish. Also anything else you can tell me about modulars homes is welcome.

A vague answer is $70K, and up, for the house, the cost of the land, and $30K for improvements.
