How much does a nice manufactured home typically cost?

Me and my fiance want to get a home, and the manufactured homes seem like a easy cheaper way to get a suitable home. Does anyone know how much they usually run though?

It depends on how many square feet and if it is new or used. And also, don't forget the charge to move it to another location if needed.

I had a double wide 3 bedroom that I paid $70000.00 for but you can get them starting in the $30's. They usually come with all the appliances as well as window coverings and the setup is included. They would run you less than building, although you will have to still pay for lot preperation and the cost for shipping is usually included in the price of the home.
