Home canners, What are your favorite canned salsa recipes?

Hopefully I will have lots of tomatos and peppers this next fall. I want some new salsa recipes that I can put up here at home for winter use. What are your favorites?


I use Mrs. Wage's or Ball salsa mix and add extra onions, garlic, peppers, and jalapenos. Super simple and super tasty!

I Like The Variation of Herbs Salads ccompanied with cheese pastries AND Salade Macedoine:

A Couple of boiled potatoes - not overcook ed- diced into small cubes

+ carrots - cut like small 'dices' -

a few, very few,

red cubes of peper { for colour}

+ unsquashed small peas (tin)

.Combine With Home-made mayonnaise...

Serve Cold with Cut Basil & Parsley leaves...

Fire, peppers, more fire, tomatoes, more fire, onions and have I mentioned FIRE? The hotter the better.
