At home medical transcrptionist please answer quesions what did you do to get started?

i need to know everything. what type of schooling do you have to have. is the gov. certifacation needed. i need a study at home program, are there programs to avoid and what should i look for when choosing one. i know nothing so anything is helpfull.

I looked into this a few years ago. Basically if you go to one of the top 3 schools, you should do well. Go to the MT desk and click on the chat link. Lots of info on the message boards.

The Andrews School, MT Tech, and VLC are the top schools I think. Stay away from the others. These schools have proven themselves in getting their grads hired.
